Link’s Wild Safaris Global was founded by Jay Link, an accomplished outdoorsman, conservationist, and entrepreneur. Before creating one of the most trusted names in international hunting and fishing, Jay was the president and CEO of Jack Link’s Beef Snacks, built in his hometown of Minong, Wisconsin.

Each of them has grown into accomplished outdoorsmen and women in their own right, carrying forward the family tradition of hunting, fishing, and conservation. His oldest daughter, Kenia, was recognized as the SCI Young Hunter of the Year—a reflection of the values and commitment to the field that run deep in the Link family.

His pursuit of adventure and respect for wildlife has earned him some of the highest honors in the industry, including SCI Hunter of the Year, the Conklin Award, and the GSCO Pantheon Award. Beyond personal achievements, he has served as an executive member of SCI, sits on the boards of the Weatherby Foundation and Conklin Award Foundation, and founded the Lake Superior SCI Chapter.
